Ama tu Luna Africa went to Kenya and formed two groups of women : one in “Magarini Children Center” in the Marafa community and the other in the "Deep Sea" in Nairobi, where we passed the teachings for sewing, realising and commercializing washable cotton pads.
We donated sewing machines and the materials for two productions.
More than 130 African women received reusable cotton pads made by the Argentinian ,Italian and African groups.
We organised feminine informative circles for discussing about menstruation, sex and to help African women to solve urgent gynaecological issues.
It is in the program to continue visiting schools in different communities and to donate kits of Washable cotton menstrual pads made locally by the Ama Tu Luna groups that are already working there.
